Large drum diameter for higher screening capacity
Usually in this class, trommel screens have a 6 ft diameter drum (with a drum length of 15 ft.). This is where the TERRA SELECT T 50 shows a big advantage: It has a 6.5 ft. diameter drum that significantly increases the screening performance by as much as 20%. This creates a production of up to 200 cubic yards per hour.
The feeding hopper has been designed largely accordingly to match the screening capacity of the mobile Trommel Screen. It has a capacity of more than 8 cy and ensures easy feeding using a wheel loader or by a different machine, e.g. a shredder.
Extra-long fines conveyor belt
A specific and unique feature of the T 50 is the optional, extra-long fines conveyor belt. At a length of 26.5 ft, it is possible to increase the fine material pile by up to 80% compared to conventional fines conveyor belts. In addition, it is positioned at a greater distance from the machine, making moving it with a wheel loader much easier.
Many of the high-quality drive system components in the TERRA SELECT T 50 are derived from the larger T 60 Trommel Screen, one of the industry standards in the field of screening machines. This ensures long service life for the machine as well as a greater residual value.
Other key features of the T 50 Trommel Screening Machine include the smooth and quiet-running diesel engine, the extra-wide conveyor belts and the single piece conveyor belt for fine material.
The TERRA SELECT T 50 Trommel Screen can also be customized to individual demands.
