The Eggersmann shredder range provides high-torque single- and dual-shaft shredders which are able to make a finished and specified product with one pass only.

The high-torque single-shaft shredders of the Eggersmann series are used for shredding waste, green waste, wood waste, logs, roots, commercial- and industrial waste, construction- and demolition waste, organic material, tires, plastics, windmill blades, solar panels and much more. Depending on the application, the shredding tools can be exchanged within a very short time in order to ensure optimal adaptation to the material. The optional screening basket system underneath the shaft also enables shredding to a sellable product size in just one pass.

The Eggersmann dual-shaft pre-shredders are equipped with two shafts for shredding all kinds of waste, organic material plus special applications. The final product size and production of the machine can easily be adjusted and optimized thanks to the special breaker bar between the shafts that is interchangeable within 10 minutes.
